In 2021, the index could not be calculated, due to a lack of sufficient comparable situations. However, it obtains a result in 2 out of 4 indicators, which are as follows:

- Difference in individual raises/promotions: 25/35.
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest salaries: 0/10.
